Client Manager

After I left school, I started my accountancy journey by undertaking the Accountant Technicians course in 2018. As part of this apprenticeship program, I joined HMW in September 2018. After the Accountant Technicians course, I went on to becoming a student with Chartered Accountants Ireland which I successfully graduated from in March 2025.
At HMW, I am currently a Client Manager. I manage a lot of clients ranging from various sectors. I would work on Annual Company Accounts, Sole Trade Accounts, Personal Tax Returns and other VAT / Bookkeeping tasks. I aim to build strong relationships with my clients making sure they have the best advice possible when running a successful business. I am experienced in different accounting software’s such as Xero, Sage and Quickbooks.
Outside of the office, I love to work on my fitness and playing sport. I have recently joined a local football team to improve on my lack of skills. I am a member of Holywood Golf Club and tend to get out for a least one round a week, mainly on a Saturday. In the last year, I have caught the running bug as I was part of the HMW relay team in the Belfast Marathon in 2024. Callum and I also took part in the Antrim Coast Half Marathon just a few months later. I’m aiming to improve my stamina so I can eventually take on a full marathon! At the end of 2024, I took on a personal adventure traveling around the world and visiting exotic continents such as South East Asia, Oceania and North America. I hope to be able to travel more in the future!
