Ryan Tully

Trainee Chartered Accountant

My name is Ryan Tully. I am a Chartered Accountant trainee. I went to Lagan College and I wanted to do undertake an apprenticeship programme to further my education as I did not want to go to university. I have already achieved my level 4 and level 5 diploma with Accounting Technicians Ireland. Currently, I’m working towards my FAEs with Chartered Accountants Ireland which I have my final exams for in August.

I’m quite a sporty person. In my spare time, I like to take part in many sports and physical activities. I play a lot of golf and football in my spare time. I also go to the gym on a regular basis to work on my physical fitness and mental wellbeing. I play golf at the Holywood Golf Club and compete in local competitions for my club. In HMW, there is a golfing rivalry amongst a few of the employees including myself. Phil, Adam and I play golf frequently with a former colleague, Peter. We have played in numerous golf courses but the best course we’ve played is Ballyliffen Golf Course. I’m a huge Liverpool fan and have been to Anfield on numerous occasions to support the lads!

I am excited to see what the future has in store for me and my future at Hamilton Morris Waugh!
